I am currently looking at a return beginning June 1, 2020 - this could change based on developments with COVID-19, so stay tuned!

A healthy immune system is your number one defense against COVID-19.  The four most important elements to boosting your immune system are 1) getting your sleep, 2) eating healthfully, 3) getting enough exercise, and 4) managing your stress levels.  Massage therapy addresses two of these:  sleep and stress levels, and can help keep your muscles toned.    

During the Post-Covid period, appointments are limited.  I will re-open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with only three appointments each day.  Appointment times will not vary - this allows me the time to fully sanitize and disinfect between appointments.

Additional precautions will be taken upon re-opening.  Please wait in your car when you arrive, I will come out to take your temperature prior to your appointment.  No person with a temperature will be seen!  Face masks will be required - either surgical or N-95 style.

Virtual help is also available.  FaceTime consultations for pain, anxiety, distance healing through Reiki and Yoga are available.
